OFHC Pure Cu
Oxygen Free High Conductivity pure copper balls have an extremely high electrical conductivity. They can be used in a variety of applications, including glass to metal seals, solid state devices, cavity resonators, and various electrical and electronic conductors where precise electronically conductive joints or connections are needed. Pure Cu spheres can also be electroplated with pure tin or 60Sn 40Pb solder to produce Copper Core Spheres.
