88Pb 10Sn 2Ag

This alloy has a high melting range, very good mechanical strength, and good thermal fatigue properties. It is generally used in semiconductor components, die-attach applications, and step soldering, with ﬂux or without ﬂux in an inert or reducing atmosphere. The tin and silver assure strength and good wetting to various substances such as copper and gold ﬂash coatings.
