80Au 20Sn is a thermodynamically superior solder which provides terrific wettability, ultra-high-strength joints, and highly reliable connections. Combining the lead-free, corrosion resistance of braze but at much lower temperatures, these spheres can be used without flux and have very good thermal and electrical conductivities.
